I mentor individuals who find themselves trapped in constant thoughts and stress, to reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the joy of life.

 

Similarly, for those whose lives are weighed down by persistent physical discomfort, I offer a path to harness their mind's power, releasing or managing pain and enabling them to savour each day to the fullest.

What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly bridge analytical thinking from my engineering roots with the profound body awareness cultivated through yoga, meditation, Brainspotting, Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery®, clinical hypnosis, and strategic psychotherapy. Explore Mindfulness With Me

Though born in India, my journey led me to the West, initially in pursuit of freedom from tradition, which unintentionally disconnected me from the present moment. My transformation began through Mindfulness Meditation and Breath Work, and later deepened through my studies in Somatics, Brainspotting, Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery®. These therapeutic modalities liberated me from the hamster wheel of constant 'doing' and stress. Subsequently, yoga and meditation became integral to my daily life.

Workshops & Retreats

Through a unique amalgamation of Western scientific thought and Eastern philosophical wisdom, I have developed an approach that harmoniously combines these worlds. ​

Twice a year, in January and July, during school holiday period, I run workshops or retreats to explore, experience and embrace the wonderful life you have. 

BodyWise Mind

In Bodywise Mind, I act as a guide for your subconscious journey using SMGI® (Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery®), where you explore with curiosity and without fear. This transformative method helps you unlock your inner power, offering the freedom to change patterns in your relationships, health, and career.

I specialize in guiding individuals who’ve avoided therapy due to stigma or have felt frustrated and anxious after trying different modalities—because I’ve walked that path too. Whether you lean toward science or spirituality, I approach both with understanding, helping you tap into your subconscious to rewrite your past and create new possibilities.

What makes SMGI® stand out is how it honors your unique journey. It clears the inner clutter that holds you back and helps you recover parts of yourself that need attention. SMGI® integrates the body and mind, the right and left brain, and the conscious and subconscious in a way that empowers you to find your own solutions.

After years of experiencing, studying and offering various therapies, now I have settled in offering only SMGI®. I’ve found SMGI® to be deceptively simple yet profoundly powerful. If you’re curious about the possibilities it can offer, I invite you to explore this journey with me.
